Invertase, named as sucrase, fructofuranosidefructohydrolase
(EC.188.8.131.52), could specifically hydrolyzethefructofuranoside band
of the non-reducing sugar. It could hydrolyze the sucrose into
glucose and fructose to prepare the glu/fru syrup.
Invertase could be used as the additives, ingredients, and the
biocatalyzer in the fields of food, beverage, alcohol fermentation,
and pharmaceuticalpreparation. Etc.
This product was produced by Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain, which fermented in submerged medium.

Storage: we recommend to store the product under the environment
with temperature <25oC, humidity <50%, and its better the temperature within 4oC-10oC.We recommended you use up the enzymes in 5 months under <25oC conditions, and 10 month under 4oC-10oC conditions.
